Happy Wednesday! With the alignments of the planets- life has been intense lately! Every time I write in my yoga journal I see the guided meditation that I wrote and have yet to upload. (It's really good though! Totally worth the wait...) But in the meantime I compiled some of my yoga graphics that I've been working on and made a little video that you can follow along to from anywhere. Just a few solid moments of deep breathing, gratitude and awareness. I've never really seen or done anything like this but I think it turned out really well. Let me know what you think!
