My favorite way to start the day is with a good, hearty breakfast! Usually people don't think of a bowl of vegetables as breakfast....but what better way to begin any day than by fueling up with all the essential vitamins you need! Here's my breakfast this morning. It's not only seasonal and delicious, it's an energy booster and a detox bowl!
Himalayen sea salt
Chop up sweet potatoes, carrots and squash
put carrots and potatoes in pan with olive oil and cook
add in squash a few minutes later
add tumeric, sea salt, pepper and basil
slice up avocado
pour carrots, potatoes and squash into bowl
add avocado into bowl
