I am grateful for the spiritual path
This week, I was able to spend time at the Shambhala Mountain Center in Fort Collins with some yogi friends. I'm so grateful for every adventure that brings me knowledge, perspective and alignment with my spiritual self. During this trip, I was graced by the presence of Gudakesha and Joe, two beautifully enlightened souls. Check out the entire story:
I am grateful for my tribe of artists
Not everyone can live a 30 second walk from their big brother...for this reason I am blessed. Not everyone can say that their older brother is one of the top recording studios and audio engineers in Denver! For this I am proud (and grateful) My brother and I have been working for years to cultivate a community of artists this past year at the annual Halloween Studio Party, I saw our tribe together....thriving and celebrating. I could not be more grateful for these friends....old and new. Unfortunately I didn't snag a good selfie with my brother this party but I'm sure he will make an appearance on a future #GratitudeFriday post!
I am grateful for Denver adventures
This past week, KC and I went out on the town for a typical mile high adventure. We went to Park Meadows where we did our makeup, shopped around, got lunch and of course...posed for photos. I am always reminded when I'm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city how much art, culture and diversity exists within Denver. I am endlessly inspired by my city and for this I am eternally grateful.
I am grateful to be a vegan!
November 1 is national Vegan day so this month I decided to make the official conversion from vegetarian to vegan! I'm super excited to take a stand for compassion and for health! I'll be sharing a ton of vegan recipes on the blog so stay tuned! I'm really grateful to be in a position and place where I can make really healthy choices. I'm also grateful for all my friends who responded to my story to join the vegan lifestyle with me! I'm so excited to embark on this new journey!
I am so grateful for your energy! Thank you so much for tuning into this blog post! Until next time,
