1/26/2018 0 Comments Vegan Mac and "Cheese"One of my favorite dishes!Ingredients: Daya dairy-free brand Mac and "Cheese" Butternut squash Spinach Garlic Ginger Turmeric Black Pepper Himalayan Sea Salt Directions: Boil Water and cook Daya noodles Chop up butternut squash and garlic Put butternut squash and garlic into pan with olive oil Stir noodles and veggies occasionally until cooked Drain noodles, turn stove to medium, add in "cheese" and stir Season veggies as desired Put fresh spinach into a bowl Add veggies and "cheese" noodles into spinach bowl Mix and enjoy!
